had to come back and edit my original post because it felt like it didn't do justice to the incredible service we have had. Freddie our tech, ROCKS. He always treats us like friends. He has both incredible customer service skills and professionalism. I like that he always tells us what his goals for the service before starting AND tells us about his goals for the next visit before leaving. I would recommend ROTTLER to a friend or colleague, largely because of the amazing people who have come out and worked with us.

If you can request a technician ask for Freddie! He is AMAZING and always treats us like we are his friends. I also like that he tells us what he will be doing when he comes out and our treatment plan for next time! I definitely recommend them for any bug problems! My husband and I bought a house that has sat empty for a while and we had a major ant problem. I haven't seen any ants in months!
We’ve been hearing signs of critters in our attic and called Rottler for an inspection. Jeremiah came out and took a look around the outside of the house for possible entry points as well as checking the attic. He gave his conclusion of what he suspected the critter was and pointed out all the signs that led him to that conclusion. He then explained what they would do to treat the issue, how much it would cost, and thoroughly answered all my questions. I can’t speak to ongoing service since we’re just getting started, but I 100% recommend the company and Jeremiah if you need an inspection.
