HIGHLY recommended (cost was within budget, crews were friendly and efficient, installation schedule worked around my needs as a pet owner). Hail damage in my area in May 24. 1. Josh was the only roofer (out of four) to give me a detailed quote. His quote came in just under what the insurance company estimated and this was before he was provided with the insurance figures. Josh also worked with the insurance company to make sure items missed on the initial insurance estimates were covered. 2. Josh helped us with our insurance and the roofing crew spent over an hour and half on clean up making sure they had all the nails out of the yard and our decks were clean of all debris.

We are incredibly thankful for Josh. He came out immediately after the huge hail storm in May to confirm roof damage. He worked very diligently with our insurance adjuster to validate the need for a new roof which we got approved, thanks to him. He is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions and even got the roofing crew out ahead of schedule. Pyramid was a dream to work with and also has one of the best warranties around. Thank you so much!
