My cataract surgery was very successful. I received excellent care from all the staff during my surgery including Dr Andrew Osborne and Dr Carter. Appointment times seemed to run 30 minutes to an hour late.

I had two cataract surgeries and a reconstructive eyelid surgery, all within the last 7 months. Staff from the front desk to the one walking me out the back door to my ride after it was over were thoughtful and great. I especially liked that they took you out the back, so you didn't have to go back through the waiting room. In between, they made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The heated blankets were an unexpected plus while I was waiting for my surgery. Follow-up questions were answered quickly and clearly over the phone. Thank you for making an unknown endeavor so manageable, both physically and mentally!!

When I found out that I needed cataract surgery I was very nervous. When I met Dr. Jansen that went away. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable in trusting him. He treated me like I was the only patient he has by taking time to explain things and just being friendly. I saw Dr Carter for my follow up appointment and he was the same way making me comfortable. I would not go anywhere else. The whole office is friendly and professional.
