I live in a neighborhood where Maple Properties runs my hoa. They don't live here and make whatever rules they want not caring about what people who actually live here want. I deal with Brandi who is usually rude.
Chris and Staci are phenomenal people to work with.
They are professionals who truly care about the people they work with. They are efficient, organized and kind to all. They want the best possible outcome for everyone involved: landlord, renter, HOA member. A quality property management company! Would highly recommend them.
I have been very pleased with the service Maples has given our HOA. As an HOA board member, I know how well they handle both homeowner and property issues, send to the board when necessary and follow up as needed. The monthly financial reports they provide for our HOA are comprehensive and accurate.
