Kristi took several hours, to fix a badly botched color service that I received from another salon. She is professional, competent and a delightful person to be around. My hair was looking absolutely awful, and she knew exactly what to do, and took the time to do it. If you’re not happy with your color, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with Kristi to talk to her about it. My color and cut are the best services I’ve ever had, my hair looks and feels ? percent better, thank goodness we have people who know how to correct bad color jobs. ?
