Makes a big difference when a crew knows you and your expectations. It’s not perfect every time but when we call, they are always very responsive to rectify any issues. Janitor Jane has been fulfilling my cleaning needs for more than 7 years. We use them for our family-owned business and home. The job they perform is thorough. I trust the employees, who are personable and courteous. They've never missed a regularly scheduled service, and if our day lands on a holiday they re-schedule in advance. All in all, this family company is owned and managed by good folks who work hard for you.
