Marc did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was extremely thorough, explained what he found (in a way that made sense to me), and followed up with a very detailed written report that included lots of pictures and detailed explanations. I would highly recommend him!

Marc is prompt, hard working, thorough, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. His background as a builder enables him to understand all the important systems that work around a house. He appreciates good construction and is able to identify problems. He wont quit until he fully understands what is happening in the homes he inspects. He is highly motivated, balanced and fair.

Marc did an excellent job. He walked me through all of the steps of the inspection (wiring, hvac, structural, etc) and answered all of my questions. He made suggestions for improvements to the home. His experience as a builder paid off. Very thorough and did not rush at all. Report was easy to read and understand. Would recommend Home Inspection Springfield to anyone.
