I reluctantly just left a great stylist - who suffered from a chaotic mess of a personal life. Seems like I've run into that a lot --- if the cut is great, the person doesn't last. Then there's the ones who've been doing it forever. And my haircut would show it. Meh. This shop was recommended by a colleague who told me "These ladies do great cuts that don't look 'old man'. And they've all been there for years." Tina was able to squeeze me in on rather short notice. Turns out her first cut for me was better than the great stylist I just left (per my wife). Tina's solid - she easily delivered exactly what I had asked (and hoped) for. And I had forgotten how pleasant it is to be in a relaxed, professional atmosphere where I felt immediately welcome and didn't wait at all.
