“Have you ever gone head long researching a problem only to find out more than you bargained for? When we moved into our home we realized we had a pretty huge gutter issue. Many times the gutters are replaced when the roof is replaced but when our roof was replaced, sadly our gutters stayed the same. In rainstorms we would run outside to try and see the issues and then bit by bit we would repair ourselves. We took apart a downspout by the garage and repaired it. We dug trenches in order to avert the water and we spend lots of time at lowes and Home Depot attempting to purchase various pieces of plastic to fix our annoying gutter problem. It was exhausting and annoying. With every rainstorm we were reminded of our eminent issue. 2023 we decided was our gutter year. We watched videos on YouTube, bothered our contractor friends and measured our house in preparation for quotes. Our next step is making a project on Yelp and asking for quotes. We also called three companies from online research. Of all the companies we called only three were willing to come out and give us a bid. We liked Ozark's honestly and straight forward professionalism. Due to our analysis paralysis and hours of research we wanted to do some things differently. I was told by one company that he refused to put in the downspout I requested and another company said that the downspout did not exist and I would have to have it made custom in a machine shop. Ozark listened to me and was able to help me without making me feel stupid for asking. Ozark was understanding about my plan and made a special order for me. Today our gutters were installed. My husband is rarely impressed with anyone, he remarked over and over again today about how kind and efficient the crew was. We are so impressed and happy with our beautiful gutters. Ozark does roof work and siding too, I will be telling all my friends and family about Ozark !!“
