I recently had the pleasure of visiting Greater Springfield Dentistry, and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. Dr. Brett Durbin and his office team have created a warm, inviting, and professional environment that sets them apart from the rest. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with a super warm and supportive atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Durbin and his team are not only honest, kind, thoughtful, and polite, but they also possess excellent listening skills and never once made me feel rushed. This business has to be Springfields best kept secret in dentistry. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Upon my arrival, they checked me in, then whisked me away to have my cleaning done by Leslie who has caused me to realize no one has ever truly cleaned my teeth and gums! She set the bar! Thank you.
Dr. Durbin was professional funny and so kind. It was nice to experience a top notch dental exam full of integrity, Dr. Durbin could have tried to sell me something like all the other dentist needing crowns or root canals but no he was honest and evaluated me based on my teeth not the bottom line! All the staff members were super informative and made sure to talk me through every process; including billing and treatment plans. I am grateful for the open communication and transparency this team had during my visit. Definitely would recommend!
