After constant disappointments at other dry cleaners, I went in and told them I was shopping for a new place to go. I introduced myself, spent 10 minutes talking to the staff and decided to give them a try. I have not been disappointed. If your not being treated right, you might be the problem. They are personable, they do a great job, they have a huge clientele and they have earned my repeat business.

On a snow and ice day in Springfield, MO (February 15, 2019) Glo Cleaners stayed open when other cleaners were closing and sending people home because of the weather. A young man, whose suit need to be pressed and had a stain on a white shirt, and his wedding was the next day. Glo stayed open to provide assistance to this young man (who had traveled from Germany). His appearance at the wedding was prefect. Thank you!Bill Reynolds

This Glo location things around quickly, the service is always great and nobody makes a big deal about it if you forget to pick up your items for a couple of weeks. However, it is a difficult location to visit in the morning or early afternoon due to its close proximity to several traffic hotspots. Additionally, the front wall faces the rising sun and is composed entirely of glass, so you better come prepared with sunglasses if you do try to brave the rush.
