I waited over a month just to get an estimate from another well known carpet company in Springfield; this was after I had to keep calling them for the estimate, which was a few thousand dollars higher than Bearden for the same carpet. Luke and Bobby were the installers and they did a wonderful job. They were at our home on time, helped us move alot of heavy furniture, and were experienced professionals. When Luke saw that the carpet wasn’t matching up with the pattern like he wanted, he had Tammy order more so that it would look perfect.
