Wow, great service! I had an issue on Saturday afternoon. Forecast said 90+ the next day. I called multiple places, and no one wanted to come out even with an expected increased emergency rate. F&S answered the phone very professionally and said they could have someone out same day. I got a call back minutes later to set it up and he was at my house within the hour. Fix was quick and engineer was very respectful. I strongly encourage using F&S for your HVAC repairs.
It's been over 10 years since F&S installed a new HVAC system in my home. I'm talking about replacing old ductwork, additional return air vents, thermostat, etc. I may not be describing everything accurately but a whole new system was installed.There have been a few minor things to attend to over the years but I cannot stress enough how much confidence I have in these folks. Mind you, our relationship has been since a new Rheem unit was installed about 13 years ago and was under warranty for 10.
