The first time I came here, I didn't like the vet at all. I'm sure their jobs are incredibly taxing but she was not sympathetic towards my dog at all. Just seemed annoyed that we were there and asking questions. My dog was paralyzed because of severe arthritis/slipped disks. The pain medication I was sent home with wasn't working, it was only getting worse. And with his age I knew it was time to let him go. Thankfully when I went back the next day to euthanize him, there was all new staff working. Everyone i came in contact with were kind, and explained everything and took good care of my boy. After rushing my cat in there at 12:30 at night with a broken back. The vet gave me the best scenario of what could happen instead of just putting her to sleep and right now I still have my baby girl. Yes it is a little expensive but I would pay anything to save my cat
Our cat was attacked by a loose pitbull over the weekend on a Saturday morning. The staff got her in immediately to be taken care of and even inquired about myself if I needed anything since I was shocked and had blood on me. They took such good care of helping my cat relax, be examined, and give us updates and information all along the way. We are so thankful for the attention to details and helping our family feel at ease that our kitty was getting the best care she could receive. We're very appreciative of this, and her to recovery is going well!
