Said he would call . Didn't... finally did a day or two later. He said "mother in lawn issue's ". I thought "Mmmm... ok. No worries. " we set up a time for 3 and we rescheduled because of a text Charles sent me saying he was 30 minutes behind. I told him if he needed to reschedule that was fine. So we did for 9am another day... and he was a no call no show.

Wow! I cannot recommend enough the way Chuck works. He takes pride in his work ethic(you will understand if you know some of his background), found some things that I should be aware of that I would never had seen, personable and very patriotic (that is a big one for me). Highly recommended and I rarely give a review
