I had not experienced any dental procedures for many years except for regular cleaning appointments.

In the past I thought getting a crown would be a long and tiring process! So coming into your beautiful building I have to admit that I was a little anxious!

But to my wonderful surprise it was not worth the stress as you all calmed my worries and the crown was professionally completed in an hour and a half!

You all made the preparation and procedure so easy, fast and professionally conducted!

You explained each step, showed me progress, and completed the process so smoothly and comfortably! I now will feel comfortable with ANY procedure that I will need in the future!

The fantastic service provided starts at the the receptionist. She always has her stuff together, knows who is coming in for the day, and usually greets me by my first name when I walk in. This last visit, she saw the line was getting long due to one person, so she quickly got everyone else checked in so there wasn't a delay in our appointments. I never have to wait long, but wouldn't mind as the waiting room is so architecturally lovely. And speaking of the building, the setup is perfect. All the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. And I do not have the words to describe how wonderful Patty and Dr. Gary are. They are not only mega knowledgeable in their field, but so very personable. Wonderful bedside manner doesn't even begin to describe it, it's so much more. I never dread going to see them, and I feel that by itself should say it all.“
