I used Bell CPA to start up my LLC, the help that I was given off the bat was great, the fees were reasonable, and they helped me get started in a very simple way. From the time I walked out of the building from that visit, I have not gotten phone calls or emails returned to me about any issues or questions that I have had. The phone was never answered. I had left several voicemails before I eventually decided to actually file my taxes with someone else. If I can't be sure whether my phone calls will be answered, I can't be sure that my taxes would have been filed in a timely manner. I did not feel comfortable continuing to do business with them.
I have used David for over 5 years now and have a couple of businesses that he prepares taxes for. He is very good at what he does and I have never had an issue. I will keep doing business with Bell CPA and will continue to refer clients to him as well.
