Highly recommend Arrow Lock Shop. I have used them at Cavender's PFI for fixing doors and changing locks. They are very responsive and great to work with you, if you have emergencies. Their quality of service is really good. Technician Kerry is great to work with and very accommodating.

Last week I contacted Arrow Lock Shop for help with a Pella storm door lock that had become very difficult to operate. In a very short time the owner, Kerry Kistler, responded and set a time to come out. His service was outstanding from the beginning, and in addition to fixing the problem, he took the time to explain it all to me and to make sure I had no other questions about the work. I highly recommend this business and will call him for all future locksmith work!

Amazing Service!!! Kerry got my key ordered in at a fraction of the cost of OEM. He was able to program the key in seconds and get the key cut for me. I had a bad experience with another locksmith the week before and Kerry made me feel good about getting services done locally as I’m new fairly new to the area. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about his shop and how wonderful it was to talk with him. Thanks again for a fantastic experience.
