I have had no heat or air for almost a month. I was initially told by a different company that I needed a part, my male friend was told it would cost a few hundred dollars. When I called, I suddenly needed a new unit for $3,000. I am SO glad I called Ally. It is exhausting to be a single female homeowner and have repair companies try to charge me for services I don't need. I almost gave up and sold my soul to financing because I was so tired of being messed around. Ally came out to give me an estimate and instead they fixed my problem for $145. I now have a functional ac/heater. This company is clearly trustworthy and won't exaggerate the services I need to milk me for money I don't have. Because of this, when my old furnace finally putters out I will call Ally to replace it. Their extraordinary service, timeliness, and great price have earned them a customer for life.
