Karim was sent to inspect a loud noise in our plumbing. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. I highly recommend this young man and will request him for all our plumbing needs.
Honestly, exceptional service. We had our AC go out and after researching companies decided to give All Klear a shot. Luke M was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Not only did he do the job, but it took much longer than anticipated and Luke worked all day without complaint. He was communicative and transparent and went above and beyond. He even came back the next day without charging another service fee and didn't charge me for the extra materials as he had quoted me a lesser amount. I am extremely satisfied and I would say that All Klear has earned a customer for life.
Barry met with me, discussed options for HVAC and when he realized I also needed a plumber he called and had one at my location within an hour. I appreciate the time he (they) spent with me.
