Dakota F and Chris B were very knowledgeable and informative of the issues I was having at my house. Pleasant demeanor very professional. Offered a few different options with pricing. No pushy sales on more expensive options. Allowed me to make a decision with the information he provided.
We are very seriously looking into the Gemstone lighting stay tuned for updates.
Side note: Get the vip service membership, it will pay for itself.
Mitchell from Air Services came out in the freezing cold and not only got our furnace running again (blown fuse) but figured out what caused the fuse to blow and fixed that too. Had all the parts with him and we didn't have to schedule another appointment. Showed up on time and was very professional. We signed up for the maintenance plan and look forward to working with this company in the future. Thank you!
Today 9/3/24 Caitie arrived as scheduled. She explained what she would be doing and I showed her my home. She went to work immediately carrying out all the methods of checking ever area related to water in my whole home. She was very thorough and efficient.
Caitie was personable with me and very considerate of my home. She addressed every question I had and clearly explained the answer.
When she was done she offered a review of all the things she found. She was able to send me pictures of my crawl space which I found exceptionally helpful. All the recommendations were given with the reason and the cost of each repair was offered to correct any concerns.... read full review
