You could not ask for a more practical, reasonable and knowledgeable professional to address any kind of mold restoration or repair in my opinion. Each time I have had Jr or his team out they have either been on time or able to come earlier or even on a date in advance of when they projected. Any time there was something seemingly urgent that came up or any inquiries came in that needed to be answered, they were available to respond within reasonable business response times or even faster. We had our house looked at by Jr and his help and they were very good to tell what all they found and what the plan of fixing it would be. Let us know they might run into maybe more once they got started etc... They were very good to let us know what they were going to do each day that they came to work. They would start right in and get busy with what they were going to do for the day. Very glad we hired them couldn't ask for any nicer people.

We were in a tight spot with repairs being needed in a very quick timeframe. J.R. and his team worked over the Fourth of July weekend to get the job done. They completely remediated our crawl space of extensive mold and fungal growth. They removed debris and trash in the crawl space that was left over from previous contractors. They installed a vapor barrier throughout entire crawl space. They repaired/replaced several floors joists and portions of the rim & sill plate. J.R. provided all his paperwork (certification, etc.) when he came to do the initial estimate. His honesty and professionalism were a welcome breath of fresh air.
