Called last week about a laptop I have, that has a black screen. It is an older model, mind you, and I just wanted maybe an estimate on what was wrong w/it, by explaining what was happening. The person on the other end of the phone began saying it would be to expensive to fix, I should just get a new laptop that works. Mind you, I DO have have a windows 10 laptop, but since some of the games I play will not run properly on 10, I obtained a few Windows XP Computers that run the games perfectly. Anyways, Finally, after a few min of talking to this person on the phone, he then proceeded to call me a hacker, and ended the call. Really, just because I said the "Company's"...read full review
