Ive been going to Marie for my nails for about 3 years and I'll never see anyone else! The salon is chic, clean, and very relaxing. Marie is easy to get along with and easy to book with! Oh and her color selection is ❤️❤️

I recently had lip filler done at Shah and I would recommend it to anyone. The whole process was smooth and they ensured that I understood every aspect. Rebecca was the person who did my injections and I truly believe that she will be the person I continue to go to. She made sure to fully answer any questions I had and was knowledgeable about the process. I was very concerned about the final look because I wanted them to look very natural and she did a thorough consultation in which we talked about the various different looks I could achieve with different injection placements while still maintaining a natural appearance. She was also very focused on my comfort, anytime it seemed like I was uncomfortable or the numbing may not have been strong enough, she was quick to address it. Now after a few weeks, my lips look exactly the way I wanted them and I could not be happier with the results.

She takes the time to really listen and understand what you want for your hair, making each visit feel personal and tailored. The salon itself has a chic, Beverly Hills vibe but with affordable prices, so you get that luxury experience without breaking the bank. The salon is always extremely clean, and I love the added touch of a relaxing video to watch while getting your hair washed and head massaged. It’s truly a pampering experience from start to finish. I went to this salon yesterday to get my brows / lashes tinted, and also a haircut. Kemmi Lee did my brows / lashes and I couldn't have asked for anyone better on my first time. She was very patient and talked me through the whole process. She has been doing services for over 15 years and is the sweetest lady. Katie did my hair and I let her have more free reign over what she did. She gave my dead ends a good chop and also gave me some layers. I have thinning wavy hair, so she also made some good recommendations on products to use to help me get my hair back. This place has given me the best experience I have had in a salon so far, and I would definitely recommend trying this place out. I left feeling pretty, confident, and have amazing smelling hair now.

First time going today. I'm the type that if I like a place, I'll go to until I have reason to change. Got there first thing on a Saturday morning. It was already busy. I can tell the customers had been coming there for a while. It's $17 for a normal cut. I just gave $20. I highly recommend this place. It would be beneficial to make an appointment.
He is Awesomeness! 1st time he cut the boys hair they haven't wanted to go anywhere else. They call him Edward Scissorhands because of the way he does the tops. And the picture on the wall he got from a customer. They love his cuts, styles and shop is so unique. It's fun to see what's new. We will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this barbershop since the 90s it is the best place in Springfield to get your haircut. The barber there had an appointment made with another client, but seeing the client not there after 10 minutes squeezed me in for a quick 10 minutes cut that looked absolutely perfect. The Barber is also a Veteran from the Army, and talked about some of his time in service. A good man, who also gave me a slight discount for the haircut after finding out that I am also in the Army. Ultimately the discount didn't matter as I tipped $15, on top of the $20 cut. An amazing place to go!

Yesterday, after my 8 year old had begged for a fade into a perm for 3-4 mths, I called the salon & they got him in. We met with Ethan & he made this the best experience my son has ever had! His hair looks amazing! Sadly, at a previous haircut this summer, the stylist didn't listen to me when I said not to touch the top, so only half of his hair took to the perm thanks to the shorter length. But Ethan was great about it! He definitely tried, then gave us a discount since it wasn't what we had hoped for. He is also allowing us to come back next month to attempt the 2nd half again before my son starts school. My son would not stop talking about his new friend, how funny he is, & how he had such a great time. He said he will never step foot in another Sports Clips ever again. ?? Can't blame the kid honestly!

Ashton gave me my first haircut since three years of hair growth. My hair reached down to my hips and had split ends. She cut a few inches off and layered my hair as asked, she did face framing and curtain bangs as well. Overall good environment and good at her job. Pricing was a bit high but I’m not gonna complain, girl has to make some money somehow.

After I booked with Springfield Braiding Co and had a less than positive experience I was able to quickly book with them at a very affordable rate. Got my hair braided for my sister’s wedding and it did just what I needed it to. I knew my hair would frizz soon as the rain came down and it did but luckily the front still looked cute so overall not bad. She did exactly what I wanted and asked me if I liked what she was doing during the braiding process. I highly recommend.

The atmosphere and the staff here are so welcoming, chill and fun but on top of that Kristen Hilton is a phenomenal artist. She has done both original work and reworking of a tattoo that was not done well at another shop on me and though the original piece (1st photo) she did on me is my favorite tattoo she also moved the one she reworked (2nd photo) from my least favorite tattoo up to my second favorite. The tattoo she reworked is on top of surgical scarring and a metal implant which is bad enough but it was also a reminder of a very bad tattoo/artist experience so I wasn't expecting her to be able to make me love it, but somehow she did, far more than I expected! She is an absolutely awesome human to interact with and her work is stellar. I hope I don't ever have to commission another artist to tattoo me, but if for some reason I did, I would probably look into commissioning another artist at Tattoo Coven because they all seem really awesome. I've referred friends and coworkers to Kristen as well and everyone has loved her work. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough!

We had a horrible experience with another local artist in town who ended up stealing a $380 deposit and never showing up for our appointments or returning the deposit. And then, we found George! He is fabulous! He made this experience THE BEST experience for my son after such a disheartening disservice from the other individual. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEORGE! Thank you, George!

I bought a house, and after being screwed and paying way too much for things. I was given Ricks name and number. He came out and gave me a quote on what the other company did. Lo and behold he was so much cheaper, and did a better job than the other company would have done. I say that because the other company comes out throws stuff on and moves to the next customer. Rick comes out shows and tells you the truth of what needs to be done, makes sure everything is working properly, and while doing what I needed done. He did find a couple other problems and fixed them also. He also put up 5 lights I needed done, and sealed some places that needed sealed. He also cleans up his mess. You don’t find anyone to do that. Oh and some of the work the other company wanted to do DID NOT need done. They were just cushion their pockets.They wanted to charge me 3,000.00. Rick came out did more and didn’t charge me anything near that amount. I will definitely be hiring Rick for anything I need done for now on. He gets the job done, he’s thorough, he doesn’t rip people off, and he does what God wants him to do.

I have used Actually Clean for at least 15 years for my 30 + rental units and they do excellent work. I have also used them at my own personal residence, including carpet and upholstery. With rentals, you never know what tenants spill on the carpets, and usually there are many stains, but over 15 years, I've only had one unit (out of hundreds) where they couldn't get a spot removed! I have saved having to replace carpet in many a unit when the most filthy and stained carpet came out looking like new! Actually Clean is so easy to work with. This plan was a total 80's flashback to when malls were in full form. It was busy, and all of the spaces were occupied with the exception of the old Sears anchor, which looks like they will have a new tenant shortly. It was clean inside, the AC was awesome and there were lots of people going through the shops. I swear it was like the 80's made a return. It's nice to see an actual working mall.

You could not ask for a more practical, reasonable and knowledgeable professional to address any kind of mold restoration or repair in my opinion. Each time I have had Jr or his team out they have either been on time or able to come earlier or even on a date in advance of when they projected. Any time there was something seemingly urgent that came up or any inquiries came in that needed to be answered, they were available to respond within reasonable business response times or even faster. They stood behind their work and warranties even five years later, which honestly is rare to find these days (even amidst the "lifetime guarantee" ads and such for professional services these days, it seems rare for companies to even exist or be around long enough to honor a "lifetime" of anyone or anything). All information was compiled and provided in a clear and surprisingly concise manner given the depth of information required to convey. Additional considerations were noted after the initial estimate, but there was at no time ever any pressure or sales nonsense going on and that was greatly appreciated. Time was taken to address even the most meticulous follow-up and documentation requests by third parties long after project completion. Whenever a choice was to be made, I felt I was given full opportunity and information to be able to make the best and most informed decision I could including additional reference resources from industry standards and third party certification sources. Additional requests beyond the original scope of work were completed timely and at reasonable cost. They even allotted special time outside normal working hours to try and ensure every additional expectation I could fathom coming up would be met. I also needed accommodations for alternative communication means that many would have rather not heeded I'm sure, and yet Jr always met me when, where and how I needed without fail. The ownership, responsibility and integrity of this company will amaze!
Second job Superior has done for us. They have a pretty big backlog so it may take a while to get the job done, but their quality and speed once in the job is well worth any wait. We will continue to send business their way with word of mouth and our own projects!

I have hired Mr. J’s services 3 times in the last year with great success. I found him on a home service app to move furniture around when I needed extra hands.
Some of the jobs I’ve had him work on are: realigned doors with doorways, changing A/C filters, built a kiddos gaming desk and change out chandelier lights in my stairwell with vaulted ceilings. He is not afraid of heights. The biggest project was building and tearing down a metal loft bed. He organized all of the loft bed pieces in a nice and neat display after tear down.
He’s very insightful and has great suggestions for home repairs. He’s very respectful of my home. I trust him in my home while I’m working in another room. He’s easy to communicate with and eager to do a great job at a fantastic price. I always like to have a list of 4 or 5 things for him to do when I call.
He’s will take in any job and let you know if he feels he’s not qualified to proceed with a project. He will reach out to find someone who will.

Had a lot of damage from a storm that passed through. We Called KennCo and they got to us pretty quickly. They were super easy to work with and really accommodating to all our needs. We worked closely with Jeremy the on sight foreman and he was awesome, made sure that everything looked good upon each job completion and was very personable and professional. The damage done to my sons room from the storm was restored beautifully, Eddie did a great job during the process and made sure to keep the room ventilated and dust free the whole time because we have an infant. Great job! Will be calling again if we have any other home repair or renovations in the future!

TruFast did a great job removing a tree, an old stump, and pruning our oak tree. They came exactly the day they scheduled us and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
Update 2024: They did some more work this fall to clean up dead branches from a few trees and again, did excellent work.
All About Trees showed up with the manpower and equipment to get the job done. Seemed like a great group of guys that actually enjoyed their job. One tree needed to be taken completely down while another trimmed. Did a great job of cleaning up the area before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had 417 Tree Service come out and take care of four huge trees in our front and back yard. I felt bad for them because it's 0 degrees outside, but they did a great job. They arrived with all their trucks and removed the trees in less than 5 hours. Thank God they helped us because everyone else was asking for five mortgage payments to remove them. Highly recommended if you need any tree removal or tree servicing in the Springfield area

They went way above my expectations!! I've used them twice. Once to trim a tree away from my roof and the 2nd time I needed them to trim several stumps from a chain link fence so it could be removed and a vinyl fence could be installed.

Dr. Durbin was professional funny and so kind. It was nice to experience a top notch dental exam full of integrity, Dr. Durbin could have tried to sell me something like all the other dentist needing crowns or root canals but no he was honest and evaluated me based on my teeth not the bottom line! Definitely will be establishing myself here where they welcome a plethora of insurance and socioeconomic situations. Thank you and God Bless this business and the staff.

Our family moved to Springfield in 1989 and immediately found Mahaffey Family Dentistry after a long-time client recommended them. After 35 years we still believe there are no better dentists anywhere! That was again confirmed when we received our mail today. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last weekend and in the mail was a card with individual "best wishes" from everyone in the office. We appreciate not only their excellent dental care but also their thoughtfulness and personal attention through the years! They are the best!!!

Our 2 year old was waking up multiple times a night before she began seeing Dr. James. Within a few sessions she was sleeping through the night, and has continued to do so while seeing him regularly. We were a little unsure about going all in, but it has been completely worth it.

We began our journey with her when I was pregnant and have continue to receive outstanding chiropractic care for Mama and Baby (now 2years old). Dr McCauley is extremely knowledgeable. We trust her completely and have seen her go above and beyond to care for our growing family. From the check-in staff, to the technicians, to doctors themselves. All professional, courteous, kind, and - most importantly - empathic. My dog has several unique medical needs and the staff are always understanding and patient with her. I would recommend this hospital to any of my friends or family.

We have been taking our dogs to Millwood Animal Hospital for over 10 years. They’ve always been so helpful and kind to us and our pups.
We have only been to this vet office 2 times. This was first time visit with my spicy cat. I warned them of her people hating skills so they would be prepared and I tell you they were awesome with her. The last vet visit she had (not in Missouri) the visit was horrible and I refused to go back. I can't thank the people at Millwood enough
I haven’t used the vet services, but came for the 1st to groom my two wheatens. I have to say I was very impressed by the facility. Clara was our groomer at a previous place. One of my dogs has a boat load of anxiety and when we find a groomer who can deal with her we like to keep them. So we followed Clara to her new facility. I took my female German Shepherd to many Veterinary clinics and kept getting nowhere. A coworker told me that she liked her veterinarian. I took a chance and went there in a hours time I found out she had some health issues.
You see half of her tail and up her back had no fur. I used great food until I met this Dr. I changed foods to what they sell Exhibitors choice. She has FUR and it has stayed there.
They did find out from Blood work that she had a low thyroid and Cushings disease. She is doing great happy and healthy.

I have taken my dogs here for years and they always do an amazing job not only with the groom but with my dogs they can be a handful and they handle them awesome my dogs love going there only place I will take them.
I cannot say enough about Janeé and her team at TransFURmations! Walter, my GoldenDoodle, struggles with anxiety when he and I are apart, and they have been so great about keeping me updated on him while he’s boarding. They send me pictures and videos of him enjoying himself, and it makes it so much easier having to be away from him So grateful for the whole staff that treats Walter like he is their own ?
This groomer was highly recommended to me. They are fabulous. They washed and did nails for my 1 year old Frenchie. He was less than cooperative on the nails but they handled him perfectly. The shop was clean. You could see their work space clearly. They had a calm demeanor. I was impressed and plan to make regular visits.

This is a great place!!!! I am new to yoga and I had a great time! The atmosphere is amazing and very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and made things very welcoming for a newbie. There are community classes that you can drop into for a small fee. They have showers and a changing area. Everything very clean.

Exceeded my expectations. If you want warm up , cool down , low lit candle vigil fluff and puff probably not your guy. If you want real therapeutic massage or help with mobility injury ect I would highly recommend. Excellent
John is amazing! He is the BEST neuromuscular massage therapist I have ever been to. He works extremely hard to find the root of the problem and is able to release the tension. He will never know how much he has helped me and how much I appreciate it. If you are seeking relief from persistent pain, then book an appointment. You will not be disappointed. Also, if you just need a regular massage the one with hot stones can’t be beat!
Robin is an amazing human being, and she is so skilled at what she does! I go to her regularly for massage and she has helped me with my frozen shoulder, going above and beyond by giving me exercises to do at home to speed up healing. Every time I get a massage from her I feeling fabulous afterwards. I highly recommend her! Her space is also beautiful and relaxing.
Joanna is AMAZING! I have been all over the country and experienced wonderful massages but Joanna is the best. She listens, finds your areas of concern and applies a great deal of knowledge and skillful technique to your specific treatment. Sarah is a true "lymphatic whisperer." Two years ago, I started my lipedema recovery journey with Sarah, and the changes have been beyond my expectations. Initially, I couldn't handle even the lightest pressured touch at times. Still, Sarah kept working with me and gradually my lymphatic system began to work again, releasing fluid held stagnated in my body. I discovered that I had wrist bones again. I had the privilege of connecting with the team at Pure Wellness during a De-Stress Fest through Missouri State. Their team is so kind to come to campus and offer their services as a way to wind down at the end of long semesters. I have since established a monthly wellness massage routine with Amy, which serves as my chance to unplug and unwind for an hour. Her emotional intelligence and wellness knowledge is extensive and so helpful! 100% recommend to anyone hoping for some time for reflection and relaxation!
Megan is absolutely FANTASTIC. She's the best massage therapist I've ever been to. She's very very good at her job on a technical level, has relieved significant pain from pinched nerves for me, and the massage really feels like it puts you to sleep with how relaxing and wonderful it is - stress just leaves your body! She is very laid back and down-to-earth with a calming presence that's genuine and welcoming. She doesn't make it awkward to be silent, but is also a great conversationalist who has always shared very interesting factoids with me when I have questions. She's inclusive of everyone, her prices are extremely fair, and overall she does a superb job. What a lovely treat to go to a beautiful space and get the kinks worked out. This massage therapy studio is located in a tattoo parlor, which is nice because there is lovely artwork to peruse if you're so inclined. I will definitely be back to see Anna for repeat massages!
