I stand corrected, after calling hvac company that installed the unit to double check they looked and unit is under warranty, the only things noted on inspection was furnace filter was dirty and being sucked in, there was no cover on breakers and drain hose was not on a drain. No where on report does it say that the furnace does not work, which it dose not. And report states that the "a/c was not checked" and some insolation was missing on line. The a/c compressor is locked up and don't even try to come on. This the second most expensive things in a home and if we had known they didn't work things would have been different.Service: Pre-listing inspections
