After much research I found Pence advertisement in our church bulletin! After WC came by I was very impressed with his experience and professionalism. The installation was superb with Alex and Brent doing a first rate job. Thank you Pence the unit has really added value to our home and has made us way more comfortable!

What a great team over there! Very patient and super creative on a "solution". They did NOT throw out the big replace replace replace rather they helped us fix the issue saving me money and heartache. BRAVO TEAM PENCE!!!!
