Their team does not communicate with each other or even the customer. After waiting months for our custom garage door to come in they had no clue if it had even been ordered. That was last year. This year our spring broke on our garage door. My husband called as was told someone could come out the next day. My husband calls them today and they said they didn’t have him on the schedule so it will be Monday. When he called them back to have the decency to tell them we booked someone else they hung up on him. This company is VERY unprofessional, doesn’t communicate, and has ZERO customer service skills. Excellent I have used them 3 one for new garage door and two repair openers on two other garage doors. Timely and professional. I would suggest this company by far.

I have had nothing but complaints since I ordered our new garage door. After 2 months and 6 phone calls from me, I finally got an answer on when my door would be installed. After installation I called to let them know I was not satisfied with the wrapping of the jambs due to dents, scratches and buckling in the metal and not one person has tried to fix this problem. I even took pictures in to the owner who shrugged me off and had no answer to give me on what they were going to do to fix this.
