Everytime I go to Ferguson for medical care, I am received courteously, efficiently and competently. The medical staff are thorough and each time prescribed a course of treatment that worked to resolve my illness or condition. The clerical staff also are helpful and are skilled with processing intake documents and records.

These bad reviews are NOT a review of Dr. Freeman but of Ferguson Medical Group! I've been going to Dr. Freeman for at least 25 years and he has always been so personable andAlways right on when it came to my health care. I hope he never retires!!!!! Any health care facility greatly benefits fromhaving him on staff. Oh and I cannot forget Ms. Debbie his nurse practioner because she is awesome!!!! Personable and knowledgeable!!! The office staff will not disappoint either ..they are the BEST! There are several offices ( I will not name) that could greatly improve their staff by shadowing Dr. Freemans staff!NEED I SAY MORE?

I've been going to this clinic since 1992. Over the years, I felt they had the worst administration of a clinic that I have ever been to. Now that St. Francis has bought the clinic, it seems to be a little better. Of course, covid didn't help any. But my primary doctor is a guy I like and he listens to me.
