Got called different paient's name in checking in. The person behind the counter scaned the actual parent's insurance card. I think that is a Hispanic violation. Also you need the speed up the actual time you are checked in to the actual time you go back.

But, I dnt know my Diagnosis and I did Not recieve any kind of Paperwork of Diagnosis
I also, need to know the 2- names of shots I got. One was Kenolog and do not know the other
I was impressed. The check in was easy and hassle free. It wasn't very busy so we got right in to the room. The nursing staff and Dr was nice and listened to my concerns. When the tests came back negative that I was concerned about the Dr said let's do a chest cray to make sure we didnt miss any thing. The chest rays came fast and the Dr came in and discussed what he thought was best treatment for my son. Positive experience!! Thank you for providing excellent medical care!!
