The best veterinarian I know of! He’s quick, caring and knowledgeable. All of the employees I’ve interacted with are also very nice and efficient. I have taken my cat there for 2 surgeries now and both were done in hours, and have honestly saved my cat. You do pay up for having the best around…. But I really love my cats, so I’m taking them here lol 😅
The Thompson Hills staff is always incredibly kind and helpful - they do their best to make sure you have everything you need and your pet is well cared for. Dr McNeal is incredibly patient and educational - he’s always willing to listen to every question and give as many unbiased, studied, thorough answers as he can. This is a clinic that cares, and not one that pushes a sale on you, highly recommend this team for all your pet needs!
We were vacationing in the area. Grateful Dr McNeal was able see my pup in the middle of the night. Dr explained everything and staff was amazing. Office was very clean and tidy. Even received an itemized, bill.
