They were all super nice and helpful. I had found a picture on Pinterest and really wanted nails like the ones in the picture. She matched the colors to the photo and needless to say did an amazing job! I absolutely love my nails!

Overall yes, my nails were very pretty. However, the lady cut my cuticles 7 TIMES. I was bleeding and she had to sit there and hold a cotton ball on it til it stopped. They didn't charge me for the 2 rhinestones I got on my middle fingers. They still charged me $92 which i don't see how these costed that much. All I got was acrylic nails for prom and they costed that much.

My pedicure was Good. The lady did a good job on the pedicure. Did it fully. My manicure was not and the guy had me lifting my arms in the air during my pedicure (which I started out enjoying) so he could paint them. Rt arm in the air, across the body, twisting. Left arm in soft top splint post-op, grabbing arm and moving several times because he couldn't be bothered by me, nor by walking around to the other side of massage chair. I was not relaxing. Left with no hands massage, no lotion, hands looking dry and rough. It was sub-optimal. I understand left arm had a splint, and had all fingers and half hand showing. This does not mean it is ok to ignore the manicure part...read full review
