One of our outside AC units went down this week, They checked it Monday told me the problem and I told them to put a new one in. Aaron, Koty and Robbie where back the next day and removed the old unit and installed a new one in a different location. They were done by early afternoon. We has a very comfy house when we got home. I might add it was very well installed and no messes were left behind. I Have been doing business with Browns Heating and Cooling for many years and have always been happy. Great job guys, thanks for going the extra mile to keep us comfortable. I highly recommend Browns. *****

My air condition stopped working so I called my house warranty place. They assigned the repairs to a person. He showed up, misdiagnosed the problem and said was going to return with parts and for over 3-4 weeks I did not hear from him. The warranty company re-assigned the work to Salem Heating and Cooling. He disagreed with the previous persons diagnosis of the problem. It did not take him long to figure out the the problem and he was able to fix it just like that.
