Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - St. Robert

Very good experience overall. Everyone was nice. I was taken care of very well. Medications were put in and ready when I went to pick him up. I mean I was sick but they got everything and more taken care of. ????

While the doctors there are good, the system is very disappointing. Something as simple as getting an our medications refilled has turned into an administrative nightmare with the pharmacy blaming the office and the office blaming Mercy. And, when you try to find someone to deal with the issue, you get no returned calls or voicemail. This is unacceptable when the medications you need are affecting our daily lives. Unfortunately, being in a rural area we are forced to use this clinic.

Not a good experience . I left crying . Don't care about how they treat a person . I used to go there all the time but all the doctors I seen left . Went back today hopefully but was left disappointed. The doctor talked to me like I'm stupid and didn't listen to me. Seem very mad . Told me he be back never came back . It's ok I learned the hard way. If he treats people like this all the time he wnt last long . God bless that place it needs it . Btw front desk was nice to me . I go upstairs for my feet they nice to . Sadcase but hey welcome to misery . Reviews says alot . Sorry not sorry
