“Had a problem of water getting in my basement. Rain water was backing up through a floor drain but i couldn't tell that was the problem. I was afraid i had a foundation problem.Jeremiah and Zachary from Mr. Rooter determined it was faulty wiring and relays in my grinder and electric box. The grinder well was full of water and it wasnt able to pump it out because of the electrical problem so it was backing up at that floor drain. They temporarily fixed it and came back 2 days later to permanently fix it. They were very professional and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I couldn't be happier.“
