Had a problem of water getting in my basement. Rain water was backing up through a floor drain but i couldn't tell that was the problem. I was afraid i had a foundation problem.Jeremiah and Zachary from Mr. Rooter determined it was faulty wiring and relays in my grinder and electric box. The grinder well was full of water and it wasnt able to pump it out because of the electrical problem so it was backing up at that floor drain. They temporarily fixed it and came back 2 days later to permanently fix it. They were very professional and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I couldn't be happier.
All the staff members are super nice and very professional. I have been a customer of Moxie for 5 years and am always very happy with my haircut. My hair is baby fine and thin, so it's not easy to cut to make it look like I have more hair than I do. My stylist, Megan, accomplishes that!!

She is very knowledgeable about skin. Wendy listened to my concerns and evaluated my face to see what would be the most beneficial. My face never felt sooo good!

Wow, my barber was exceptional. She gave me an excellent cut that matched my description, and completed it in 15 minutes. For the past 8 years my haircuts usually take 45 min to an hour, and don’t turn out anywhere near as well. I’m kind of in shock, but very grateful to the skill of the barber! I was a first time customer, visiting from out of town, and grateful to pick Great Cuts. I’ll be a repeat customer next time I’m here visiting family!
