I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.

My family has been using this particular hospital for the past couple of years now and we are very satisfied with the service we’ve received. The staff are all kind and they seem to genuinely care about our dogs’ health. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work and keep it up.

Usually a very nice place to visit, but they have recently placed us with various veterinarians rather than our original vet Dr. Mike Crecelius, who is very knowledgeable and professional. They also “temporarily”, for a couple of years now, moved quite a distance from where we live, which makes it inconvenient to visit.
