He worked directly with the insurance company and I and met with the insurance agent at our home to get our roof covered properly. We had a few things that the insurance company would not initially cover and he worked tirelessly to try and change that and ended up helping us get some of that covered as well. We also worked with him after the purchase of a new home and he was able to recommend to us honestly what needed to be done and what looked like it could wait for another time (we were buying AS IS so the insurance company wasn't going to be on this one). He was able to recommend a great handyman to us to help with some of the other issues we had as well. I would and have recommended Restoration Professionals to everyone!
