I bring my dog in monthly for nail clipping and an occasional bath. He loves it and I appreciate the loving care they give him. It's clean and the staff is great. Making appointments online is so convenient and allows me to choose what is the best day and time for me. You can also choose the same staff member to take any fear from your pet. It's a great experience for him and myself. You won't be disappointed here!

I have never boarded my dogs and was extremely uneasy about it. We were going away for 8 days and the dogs could not come. I got in touch with Shadowood and was impressed with price and what they offered for my girls! We were also going to be gone on my Ivy girls birthday, they made sure to give her some extra love and the treats I bought her. Both my girls came home happy and well fed (which was something else I worried about)! The whole experience was amazing and I am so thankful for that!

We met and spoke to Ayla, one of the employees there, we had our ?? groomed there, the groom was PERCECT! We are also using their Boarding services soon and will report and review back on that! So far - we feel comfortable, the prices - affordable, the premises, kept up, hard worked and clean, air conditioners and out door areas for pooches... we are happy!! Thanks Ayla!!
