I had so many mixed emotions about about selling the house I had loved for 15 years...I was so excited for our new house but really sad to say good-bye to our old one; I wanted our house to sell and I was stressed about getting everything done, but I knew I was going to miss it. Katherine was more than willing to come over and do things herself, too, even though we would always stop her before she jumped into her car and drove over if I sounded a little stressed on the phone. :)
Our house was on the market for only 2 weeks, and we got what we asked for it. Katherine still texts and calls, and we still meet up for dinner and coffee.
