Felecia \\u0026 crew have prepared my taxes since 2001 and this is how it works. They tell you what data to collect \\u0026 keep via an annual questionnaire. Once you return it to them with your docs (hard copy of digital and you prefer) they produce the federal and any applicable state returns, sending them to you for your review. Once you agree they are correct, they file the returns and send you directions on how to pay if that is the outcome. Felecia+ make this painful process as painless as possible yet delivering accurate and audit proof results. 5-stars for every year; and during those years when I didn't have it together; 6-stars for helping me understand new tax quirks and getting caught up. BTW - her service fee is very reasonable; and is very likely less than the $ you wouldn't get relief from if you did the returns on your own. P.S. - I have moved a few times since 2001, living and filing in 5 separate states - Felecia+ was expert on every state's tax requirement. Did I mention her digital file sharing is safe/secure? Another perk.
