Purchased a trifold flex a few months ago, happened to break the little bracket that holds the support rod in stored position. I called customer support and in less then a minute I was talking to a gentleman that got my name and address, and in less then 4min he said ok will ship a hand full out to ya tomorrow via fedex. Now that’s customer service at its finest!!!!

Fantastic Cover, BEST QUALITY of any I looked at, installed with my wife in about 30-35 minutes, and the light took a fair amount of that! Easy install, great customer service, great product and great pricing.....definitely 5 stars.

I received a SWING CASE as a gift a few months ago. Honestly I wasn’t sure how useful it would be. It is GREAT! I won’t have a truck without one. I drive an extended cab Silverado. My back seat is always full, either with kids or their car seats. Under the seat usually has coats and back packs. The SWING CASE gave a handy place to keep things. I’ve got cargo straps and bungees in the bottom of the SWING CASE all the time. It still has room the random stuff of that days project. I’ve even put a couple sacks of groceries in there.
