I had a leak in the basement of my house and didn’t know what to do. I called Hanes Plumbing, because I’ve heard positive reviews of Jesse and his work. He was away for the weekend with his family, and rushed back to rogersville to get me taken care. His customer service, friendly attitude, and work was outstanding, and to be honest, he’s very handsome. Very reasonable and got my drain clog taken care of in no time. Thank you so much Hanes Plumbing! Life saver.

Called when we had nearly every pipe leaking under my Mom's home on a Saturday! They came the next day and had it fixed within 3 hours & were very reasonable! Young man was also professional & polite!! Would recommend to anyone & if we ever have problems again, will definitely be calling!!
