I highly recommend The Furologist. (what a great name for a grooming business by the way!) We had taken our two golden doodles to the same groomer since they were puppies, so we were anxious to find another groomer. The Furologist was recommended to us twice by some of our friends. We decided to contact them and get a groom set up. One of our doodles is an anxious guy, so I was concerned it would really stress him out to go to another place. He gets particularly stressed when put in a kennel. They really listened to my concerns and put him in a open top kennel. He did great! As far as the grooming---Sarah was amazing. She came out and greeted the boys before she took them back. She asked me about what I wanted in a groom and the result was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for taking care of our boys and being sensitive to their needs. We look forward to seeing you again in October!

Took my son for a haircut and Alex was great! The atmosphere was very laid back and my son loves his haircut. He will definitely go back for future visits. Easy to find, parking at the door and the prices were reasonable.

Brian has helped us so much the last month! First, our very old tank went out and he was over in a few hours and had it replaced the next day. Yesterday evening we noticed we didn’t have much water. I texted him at 7:30 this morning and he was in our driveway by 9. We thought we’d have to wait until Thursday to replace wiring due to a fence/trees being in the way… but my husband came home and fixed those things and Brian drove by at 7pm and got to work to replace all the wiring and our pump so we had showers by 9pm. I couldn’t thank him enough for being so kind, honest and hardworking!

He was away for the weekend with his family, and rushed back to rogersville to get me taken care. His customer service, friendly attitude, and work was outstanding, and to be honest, he’s very handsome. Very reasonable and got my drain clog taken care of in no time. Bryan from Ken’s RV repair stopped at Cook's RV park to look at the panel from the underbelly of my Cedar Creek 5th that had partially came loose yesterday while on the road. He discovered that it didn’t need to be replaced but just have new screws with washers put in it the panel and frame He was quick efficient and great to work with. He contacted my warranty company and got the repair work approved. Thanks Bryan for your quick work. I know I can finish my trip to Texas after visiting some friends here
