Replaced outside unit and coil in our aging furnace, quickly and reasonably priced in comparison to other local HVAC businesses. Then, one minor glitch 3 months later and they were back ASAP and had it taken care of in minutes. Highly recommend!!

Sort Version: Specialty HVAC is very fast, professional and has fair prices. Greg and the team at Specialty just handled an AC emergency for me. We have a house in the North Shore area of the lake. We hadn't been down in a few weeks, my wife and I showed up July 1 to get the place ready for a large group of friends coming down for the 4th of July. Shortly after arriving we realized the AC wasn't working in the lower two levels of the house. I called Specialty because they were fast last time I needed the AC unit serviced about 3 years ago. This company did service for us in the past we recently purchased a condo unit and the system needed to be replaced. Called specialty HVAC and they came out and like always they did us right. Will tell others about how great of job they did.
