My wife and I used Jon and his team to build a home at Lake of the Ozarks. We were very pleased with the consultative approach Jon took as he helped us navigate our project from the concept / design phase all the through completion (and beyond, as we have had additional needs). The finished product wound up better than we could have expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use RT again for any of my construction needs.
During the middle of heat wave our ac was slow to come on and didn’t sound right. I called and immediately answered the phone. Diagnosed the problem over the phone so it seemed. Response time was so fast and quick. Able to get and have the part on the truck extremely efficient and knowledgeable I will and would recommend them to anyone who may need help with their HVAC!!!
