Serg Electric

He was great until he decided to expand. We gave him a chance and didn’t even compare his prices to others. Our doors are wrong (we knew waiting on what we asked for), they aren’t the same height. Then they never finished our trim. We have been having to do it in our spare time. Which set back us getting new floors and fireplace this year. We have made several calls/text and got nothing. Finally had to say we are done. We paid them 2/3rd of amount and never got money back. Next up when we got time is talking with an attorney on how to get money back. The plan was him to do our stairs too. Glad we didn’t because he told us wrong amount to buy and he was $200 higher than others. Plus better padding with others!! I’ve been holding off on review to see if maybe he would make it right but it’s been 2 months and nothing!!! He even stated problems with crews which we were aware of as one just walked right into our basement no warning. But all we asked for was timelines. I waited all day for someone to come and was told sorry no ones heard from him. We had 3 different crews coming. I was told covering was going to go over our brand new epoxy flooring as they worked…nope…second mud guy they sent was awful. You can see through paint. Yes we had to buy more paint because he went mud happy on our walls and we had to repaint a ton. Which we of course had in our bid for them to do. Which they never did in our main room. We also had to clean up their mess as they put everything in our backyard and left it there. So yeah I don’t recommend!!! I’ve taken pics of all this mess too!!
