Rilley was friendly and helpful, did a full investigation and when we learned we had rats rather than mice he made a special trip to grab traps so we could deploy them same day. Unexpected houseguests are super unnerving, his help is paramount for the peace of mind that this can soon be behind us.
Riley did a really great job. He was on time, courteous, professional, kind to my pet, and took the time to wear protective covers, not track outside poison in, and be respectful of my home, property, and my pet. It was our first service with Rottler. I bombarded him with a lot of questions and concerns immediately. He listened to me really well and heard what I was saying. His response was calm and clear in communicating with me about how pest control will be handled in my home with my specific needs and concerns. Paul came out to service our home on short notice when our scheduled technician called in sick. He was very courteous and if you like a good joke he’s your guy! Excellent job and would highly recommend.
