“These people are fair, honest, friendly, efficient, and honest. The communication that I had with them prior to the project was excellent. I enjoyed watching the crew as they seemed happy, laughed with each other, and was so pleasant as they worked. Ofilio, the boss and owner of the company, was awesome to the crew of 10 men and one woman that arrived here this morning. He got right in and helped them do the dirty work when he could’ve literally set back and just told them what to do! Two trees were removed, and three stumps were ground from my property. One tree was removed from my neighbors property and another trimmed. They cleaned up immaculately, and it appeared as if they had never been here. Their professionalism was top-notch. Their equipment was unbelievable. A stump grinder, a giant chipper, a huge truck with huge jaws that went down and picked up the logs to dispose of them, and two buckets that rose in the air to do the work. One tree in particular had a lot of powerlines, Internet, lines, etc., going through it and it was no problem for them I highly recommend them to anyone, and I am thrilled that there is such a company that exist in Kansas City. “Update - They called to apologize this morning and explained their error. We're changing our stars from 2 to 4. Original... We called this company a while back and were offered a free estimate for lawn care. The tech Darryl was very knowledgeable and nice. But we decided to go with a different company. Today we received an email saying they would be out tomorrow to treat our lawn!!!! We sent an email and called them to tell them we did not accept the quote and for them not to come. The office called back right away to say they had "no idea how our account had become activated and they will delete it right away" (thus the 2 stars vs 1). Thank god we read our emails.“

“From sprinkler winterizing our sprinklers to beautiful landscaping, EDU has taken care of all our outdoor needs. They do hardscapes as well. Our neighbor has a beautiful stone porch done by them. There employees are always respectful and efficient. We used to have a river run through our backyard every time it rained. They coordinated with our neighbors to solve our soggy problem. Strategically diverting the water with buried drain pipes and outdoor drains in low spots. It has made a huge difference!! What I love about EDU is that they have great communication. They invoice directly to my email making the payment process super easy.“
