Julie in HR was great to work with! Following an unfortunate accident that caused minor property damage at my apartment complex, Julie reached out to me quickly to gather information and help resolve the issue. She did not question me or hassle me about the incident. She apologized for the mishap, had me send in the information and within 24 hours she had submitted for me to be reimbursed for the damage that had occurred.I personally am not a paying client of Embassy, however if Julie's treatment of me is any indication of how the rest of Embassy treats the rest of their customers, I would highly recommend working with them. I have a residential property in Parkville Missouri and a retaining wall that had been constructed 10 years ago was falling down and in need of replacement. Not a big project ( approximately 8 ft. high by 12 ft. long ) , I had decided to replace it with manufactured stone. I hesitated to contact Embassy thinking that they , because of their size ,would be too expensive to mess with such a small project. Actually , they were the most competitive bid I received. In addition , they proposed to replace a garden which sits on top of the wall with new plants , edging , soil and mulch, for a total price that was still the best bid that we received. Their landscape architect, Michael, along with the project manager, John ( who during the project had ankle surgery and who guided the project from his hospital bed) came to the site and drafted the proposed project. Michael, who responds immediately to every inquiry , was there for us through every step of the way. The construction guys : Jeremy ( The hardest working man since James Brown ) , his son Joe and Daniel completed the job in three working days and did a beautiful job. My wife and I are very happy with the wall and garden and would recommend Embassy Landscape Group to anyone considering their services.

Our HOA used this company for several years, but 2020 has been the year my yard looked its worse, whether it was due to the weekly workers or the contracted treatments of our HOA Board, overall the yards in our neighborhood looked bad.
