I bought a dress on sale, price got lower but I understand they don't do adjustments. I received the dress, nice, however now there isn additional charge of $13+ on my card. The way I read it is that the price at moment of purchase may not be correct.what a bunch of cologne. First time, but never never again..

I love their clothing & accessories. I have shopped there almost exclusively for several years. If I made a purchase online I had it shipped to the store. Now that they are closing all of their stores & going to catalog purchases only, I will not be buying anything from them ever again. Their customer service is poor & unyielding. Their shipping is terrible. They sell items that they do not have in stock. It's a mess. Too many options with good companies - don't have to deal with their incompetence.

Overall it has great products that are well made. However the return process is ridiculous. My item was received on 10/02/23 at their return location. I called today and can only expect my refund around 10/21/23. That is an unacceptable time frame. So if you can't return in person to a store expect a very long process.
